MARGIE SPENCE is a minister, retired Certified Professional Midwife, all-round cowgirl and Hall of Fame inductee who is passionate about helping women create a life and legacy they love.
President of By His Word Ministries, graduate of Bible College, and as a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, she has served in ministry over 40 years.
As a midwife for 20 years, she has gone from delivering over 1000 babies to birthing dreams in the hearts of woman. She has been teaching the Bible for over 40 years.
Margie has been married to the love of her life for over 55 years. She loves spending time in God's Word, traveling with her family and looking for the next impossibility.
She has 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She and her husband Sam reside in Keller, Texas.
TONYA TELESCO is an inspirational speaker, author and leadership expert dedicated to empowering women to push past autopilot and walk in the fullness of their God-given identity and purpose.
Vice-President of By His Word Ministries Inc., Co-Founder of Telesco Leadership and graduate of Charis Bible College, she is recognized for her expertise in leadership, and relationship building for over 20 years.
Tonya also serves on the Teaching Faculty for the Global Maxwell Leadership Team where she is responsible for equipping over 50,000 coaches, speakers and trainers worldwide.
When she's not traveling and speaking you might find her working as a background extra for the movies series called "The Chosen."
Most importantly she is married to her best friend Tom and passionate about creating unforgettable memories with family. They consider the world their office but call Keller, Texas home.
